✅ Head of DeFi & Gaming: Working with Product & Business Development, you will define our DeFi & Blockchain gaming strategy, represent HAL in the DeFi community, and supervise integrating HAL with financial applications, centralized API(s), dApps, smart contracts and blockchain layers.
✅ Head of Marketing: You will scale up demand generation and account expansion targeting individuals, crypto industry and financial institutions, defining our go-to-market strategy and leading our content and performance marketing team.
✅ Golang Developer: As an experienced developer, you’ll play a leadership role within our backend team and you will work closely with our frontend team to design, develop and scale our core architecture engines used to automate thousands of tasks.
✅ Frontend Developer: You will help us develop user friendly, performant interfaces. You will collaborate with different team members and support collective success through consistent, high-quality code.
✅ Content Manager: You will produce content to educate and most importantly inspire our current and new audience, reaching out across different media.
✅ Performance Marketing Manager: You’ll be responsible for the development and execution of HAL’s marketing strategy, developing marketing campaigns, driving user engagement and retention, and delivering customer insights by combining quantitive and qualitative methods.
✅ People & Culture Manager: You will help us building our full-remote fast growing start-up, designing and implement our recruitment strategy, collaborating with the leadership team to define organizational and hiring needs, while defining growth paths, KPIs, and goals for team members.
Exiting challenges lie ahead: we are building a brand new iteration of our core product - HAL 2.0; we are re-defining our business proposition; and we are exploring how decentralization and a new HAL token could serve the future for HAL 3.0 and bring it even closer to our core values as we described them in our Gluing Manifesto.
